Who responds to alerts?

Our Ellie Center, which is available 24/7 and prepared to handle all types of situations.

Am I being tracked all the time?

No. Geolocation is only activated when there is an alert or when you choose to share it. We respect your privacy.

Can I choose the watch design?

Yes, you can choose different bands and colors, and you can also choose the Ellie Watch home screen.

Do I need to carry my phone with me?

No, because the Ellie Watch has eSIM technology that allows it to work independently from a phone. If your phone gets stolen, don't worry -- everything still works the same.

Can I use my own smartwatch?

It depends on the brand and model. If it's a Samsung, Google Pixel, or some Xiaomi smartwatch models, we can install Ellie Care remotely. If you have an Apple Watch or other brands, we cannot install our solution.
